space被我开了关，关了开，加上之前那个，远不止四年时间。

人来了走，走了来，最后只得一个自己，面对满纸牢骚。

虽说天下无不散之筵席，有聚必有离，但没想到号称LIVE的虚拟空间这么快就要 被 关闭，竟然比活人还不靠谱。

曾经想过，到我40岁的时候，我的空间会是何番景象。

结果，如我生活中其他人事物一般，变化都比想象中快很多。

搬吧搬吧，老邻居们，暂别啦。

题外话1。昨晚我正面壁写论文，余光扫到左面墙上离我不远处有一个黑色的不明物体。定睛一看，K！好大一只蜘蛛！

其实客观的说，它根本算不上大，但由于最近入侵我领土的都是些迷你型的小家伙，这一只犹如木秀于林我必圈养之。所以它就成了我住在漱口水盖子里的宠物。

今天回到家一看，发现可怜的蛛蛛大概是被关在非常狭小的空间里，层层叠叠的织了我见过最密集的网。于心不忍，放生之。

放到窗外，以为它已经逃狱成功，可刚刚发现它还在盖子里，之前网的部分多了一”坨“不明物体，被网包覆。非常仔细的观察了下，发现那是它产下的卵，一颗颗半透明，紧密排列。。。晕死。。。

我还是把它放院子里去吧。

题外话2：今天是阿婆120岁生日！！！！我最近除了仍然迷玛小姐，对波先生也开始好感非常。阿婆，我崇拜你！！

————————终于进入正题的分界线——————————————

中午老墨请吃面。我照例要了份炒乌冬（amai udon），但是酱汁比我想象中甜，份量又相当足，撑得我坐立难安。

“席间”从墨西哥的mole酱（辣椒巧克力）聊到巨辣小辣椒再到mustard。老墨把mole酱加烤鸡描绘得美味无比。说实在，我对甜品加香料的组合一直接受无能。比如wagamama菜单上的白巧克力姜汁cheese cake以及wasabi fudge cake之类，令我望而生畏。我唯一能接受的极限大概就是姜汁可乐了，并且前提是想要治愈感冒。

在分享大家对各种mustard的喜爱之后，老墨问，你吃过horseradish没？那个是相当的spicy啊。他老人家天花乱坠的描述了一番，说那东东生命力极强，不需要专门种植，辣度相当强……我一脸迷茫，说radish我倒是吃过，horseradish真是闻所未闻。灵机一动，在手机查字典，是“辣根”。我说，就算是中文，我也完全不知道那是个什么东东。于是老墨两眼放光，说，等下咱们去超市找，一定能找到，给你开开眼。

于是我们就跟去探寻宝藏似的，无比兴奋的冲到玛莎，果然在酱汁那一排找到一瓶，跟mustard长得很像，不过是白色。付完钱还没出门，老墨就打开来尝，说，对，就是这个。于是我也用手指沾了一点点尝，诶，这不就是wasabi加上mayo么？看看成分表，果然有鸡蛋加醋加油，辣根只占了30%。

最后我就带着那罐辣根酱回家了。。。。。百度了一下，发现辣根其实跟山葵和芥末是一家：（http://braveyingchun.blog.sohu.com/61329406.html）

三者都是同一种属，十字花科植物，芥菜类。

它们的大名就是：山葵、辣根和芥末。

一个是山葵,又叫山嵛菜，是日本料理必不可少的一个贵重调料。（日本多用）
名称：
日文为“わさび”(wasabi)，英文名“Japanese Horseradish”，有些人称之为“Green
Mustard”，正确的中文名称应该是“山葵”。食用：根、茎、叶都可食用。我们最常用的部份是根部，外型如左图，食用的时候将根部磨成膏状，就是我们
常见的山葵；或者大家常说的“哇沙米”。
产地：山葵原产地在日本的伊豆天城地方、穗高地方以及多摩地区。山葵要长得好，生长的环境必须日夜温差要大，水质一定要清澈。国肇曾经介绍说台湾某座山（不知道是不是阿里山）也专产山葵，但是山葵的收割对于水土的破坏很严重，所以致使山葵的价格更贵。
食用：山葵磨茸做成新鲜绿芥末做佐料，新鲜的山葵100克约一百元左右。

口味：鲜芥末味清香不刺鼻，入口咀嚼时又充满汁及鲜，而微辣的滋味，只要品尝过鲜山葵芥末，你便会抱怨支装芥末给你的口味。
颜色：绿色。
搭配：鱼生。山葵具有杀菌的效果，与生鱼片搭配在一起可以提升鱼肉的鲜味，但是份量过多会使味蕾麻痹。

二是辣根。（欧洲北美多用）
名称：辣根又称西洋山葵、西洋山嵛菜、山葵萝卜，学名Armoracia rusticana G. M. Sch.英文名Horseradish,德文名称是Meerrettich,制成品也称WASABI。
食用：和山葵一样，多用根部。目前市售的山葵酱（青芥辣）和山葵粉大多因为成本的原因采用辣根制作，真正用山葵制作的产品至少售价它的5倍以上。
产地：辣根原产于欧洲南部和土耳其，早在80年前就由英国人引入上海，目前在我国上海、江苏、山东、辽宁等均有栽培。

口味：和山葵很相似。
颜色：白或者微黄。
搭配：可以作为山葵替代品。不过应该是搭配热狗，烤肉，烤鸡，牛排等。

 

三就是我们国内传统意义上的芥末了。（国内多用）
名称：
芥末学名Black Mustard (Brassica nigra [L.] Koch)和White Mustard (Sinapis alba
L.)，英文名分别是Black mustard seeds 和White mustard seeds (mustard的德文是Senf)。
食用：用的是芥菜的种子，用它作成的芥末粉和芥末油。
产地：在中国的大部分地区均有种植。
口味：微辣，但是芥末油是蛮刺激的，芥末酱根据加的调味不同口感不同。
颜色：微黄。                             
搭配：
国外搭配热狗，法国料理里面用的也不少，国内也很普遍，为我国北方的一种常见调料，主要用来拌菜，如常见的芥末黄瓜、芥末鸭掌、芥末鸡丝等。

我一度对那种从口腔直冲鼻腔再到天灵盖的刺激感非常着迷，曾经斋吃那种在中国超市买的管装的青芥辣。

辣根加美乃滋的搭配将前者的呛辣感中和掉很多。单凭空想象下，除了“官方“搭配（牛排或腌鱼），若配烤三文鱼估计口感也不错；烤肘子本身比较油腻，虽说辣根的刺激感加上美乃滋的酸度会有解腻的效果，但美乃滋本身口感也比较厚重，不知道最后结果会如何，可能不如牛肉。

芥末籽是我的新欢，前阵子用whole grain的芥末酱加上蜂蜜和柠檬汁作为腌料烤三文鱼，好吃得令人欲罢不能。也学Nigel Slater用不同的芥末酱(Dijon+ whole grain)炒香肠，加上先煸出甜度和香味的洋葱以及一点点奶油（牛奶也相当ok）作为酱汁，配上conchiglie pasta,再加盐和一点点胡椒，以及最后的parsley，非常简单又十分美味。

今天才了解到莱斯特与Thomas Cook的渊源，”瞻仰“了下市中心他当年的办公楼。Cook组织的第一次大规模的‘excursion’竟然是坐火车从莱斯特到拉夫堡。莱斯特火车站外Thomas Cook的雕像我倒是在n年前就注意到了，但我一直以为Thomas Cook=Captain Cook，闹了个小笑话。

无意在youtube上看到一个关于“treeman”的视频，吓得我汗毛立起。

4：51am，睁眼闭眼都是树人的那个样子，甚至犹如特写一般，画面镜头从他的脚上移至脸部。哆嗦哆嗦ing。

虽然说应该抱有同情心，但我真的非常后悔一时手痒点进去看那个视频。并且之后还手贱google了n张照片细细察看。。。

美男都不属于女人&美剧回归

从Michael Scofield 到 Neal Caffery 到 谢耳朵（呃，他算得上是美男么？看在他腿长的份儿上），色女从心碎到淡定到欢乐。越来越腐了。

《White Collar》这季结束了没？看大叔+Neal+叮当，好河蟹。叮当不会就这么挂了吧。。。可怜的娃

没想到9月底如此之快就在眼前，好忙！好忙！

Couple fined for getting off train early

A couple have had to pay a £114 fine after getting off a train two stops early.

Emma Clark and Davyd Winter-Bates were travelling to Southampton
from London with South West Trains when they decided to get off two
stops early at Eastleigh.

When they handed over their tickets at the station, they were
told they were each being fined £57 because they had not stayed on the
train until their destination.

The fine was twice the standard fare of £28.50.

Miss Clark told The Sun: “It is utter madness. I could understand
being fined if I had stayed on the train two stops beyond my
destination.”

A spokesperson for Stagecoach, which owns South West Trains, said
the couple had been fined because they were using discounted tickets,
costing £6, which do not allow passengers to break their journeys.

In a statement, they said: “Leaving a train early is not allowed
on heavily discounted tickets. The fine is double the standard single
fare.”
